The University of Nebraska-Lincoln shall not accept any "sealed" bid that is not on the official "sealed" bid invitation form.

All conditions/information as  set forth in the residing bid document shall take precedence over any information presented herein.  Bidder shall not change the proposal form nor make additional stipulations on the specification document.  The University shall not be responsible for any altered versions/submittals and as such shall not relieve the bidder of any requirements as noted in residing document.
